Professional disclaimer

Helpful strategy, honest boundaries.

Proposal work touches sensitive business and government information. This page sets clear expectations before anyone sends files, claims victory, or attaches the entire bid folder to an email like a brave little meteor.

No guaranteed awards

Sarus Strategy provides proposal development support, strategic guidance, review support, and related advisory services. We do not guarantee contract awards, specific evaluation ratings, protest outcomes, revenue, shortlist status, or a particular probability of win. Award decisions remain with the government customer and depend on many factors outside any consultant's control.

Protected information

Do not send classified information, controlled unclassified information (CUI), export-controlled information, source selection information, procurement-sensitive information, personally identifiable information, proprietary third-party data, or other protected material by email or through any unsecured channel. Any work involving protected data requires an approved secure channel, appropriate access authorization, and written handling procedures before material is shared.

Client responsibility

Clients remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, authorization, and submission of proposal materials. Clients are also responsible for confirming that all claims, representations, certifications, past performance references, pricing inputs, and compliance statements are truthful and supportable.

Not legal, accounting, or certification advice

Sarus Strategy does not provide legal advice, accounting advice, cybersecurity certification, CMMC assessment services, or official procurement-integrity determinations. For those matters, consult qualified counsel, accountants, assessors, security professionals, contracting officers, or other authorized advisors.

Before the first email

Share enough to triage, not enough to create a data incident.

A safe first note can include the agency, opportunity name or public link, due date, general scope, company role, certification status, and what kind of support you need. If the opportunity involves protected data, say that plainly and we will discuss the right handling path before any material is transmitted.
